STRATEGIC ALLIANCE ANNOUNCEMENT BETWEEN ABC INTERNATIONAL AND AERADVISE COMPANY LIMITED

AerAdvise Company Limited and ABC International Srl are proudly announcing the formation of Strategic Alliance, which is marked by signing the Memorandum of Understanding this morning during the SILC (Shannon International Leasing Conference) at Strand Hotel in Limerick (Ireland).

This Alliance is aimed to virtuously combine Part21J solutions and CAMO and Technical services into a wider scope of integrated and complex solutions offered to lessors and airlines in support of their aircraft transition. This partnership shall increase the ability of the two companies to deliver more added value to their customer base during this delicate asset management phase (an a/c transition).

Signing the Memorandum of Understanding is the first step on the trajectory of the cooperation between these two businesses. The unity and strength of two key providers to the Irish lessor community is undoubtedly a significant step to generate more jobs in the Shannon area, where both companies opened their offices in the past 12 months.
