LIVIA CARANDENTE JOINED ABC INTERNATIONAL AS HR SPECIALIST & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

We are excited to welcome Livia Carandente to the ABC International team as our new 𝗛𝗥 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 & 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁!

With a solid academic background in corporate communication and extensive HR experience gained in different organizations, Livia will play a key role in shaping our people strategy. She will be focusing on 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, ensuring that our company continues to be a place where people feel supported, motivated, and empowered to grow.

Beyond her HR expertise, Livia is also a 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿, with numerous books and articles published, bringing creativity and communication skills that will enrich her contribution to our team.
